Thank God, in this new year, thank God, for allowing me to carry and transmit his ideas. The 22nd Amendment, the Twenty-second Amendment, the Twenty-second Amendment, the Even Two Amendment.
It can be seen that the XXII Amendment, the 22nd Amendment, to the Constitution of the United States, could be in view and its modification would be welcome, by the newly elected president of the United States, Donald Trump, who will take office as President of the United States, this January.
The XXII Amendment to the United States Constitution establishes a two-term limit for presidents of the United States.
The traditional thing that has happened, after the approval of this amendment, is that the presidents of the United States, who have been elected, aspire to a second term and those who have won have governed for two terms, and then have retired to their homes, as established by the 22nd amendment. There is the other case of presidents of the United States, who have been re-elected for a second term, who have lost that
Re-election and after losing they have retired to their homes, and have not run for president again.
This being with Donald Trump, the first time that a president is re-elected for the second time, after having lost his first nomination to continue as president, and also winning in the second nomination. That according to Amendment 22, he will only be able to govern for that single period or four years, because he already served as president for a previous period 2016-2020.
Congress approved the amendment on March 21, 1947, and it was ratified on February 27, 1951.
But as everyone knows, Donald Trump achieved victory with an extraordinary majority, including Congress. Which means that this Congress can modify that 22nd Amendment, so that Donald Trump can be re-elected again to the presidency of the United States, for one or several periods, as it was before that 22nd Amendment, approved in 1947, then of the end of World War II.
It must be remembered that Lano Roosevelt’s Franklin has been the president of the United States, who has been elected president of the United States the most times, 4 times elected president, his last election being in 1945, although he died in the first months of his last term, giving way to his vice president Harry S. Truman.
Two years later, in 1947, Congress passed the 22nd Amendment, limiting it to only two terms. Before this Amendment, the presidents of the United States could be re-elected indefinitely, from their founding or independence as a nation in 1776 until 1947, when the 22nd Amendment was approved. Although only Franklin Roosevelt achieved 4 terms, this means a first victory and then three consecutive re-elections.
We must remember that Donald Trump has the majority in Congress, and that from his first term in office, he expressed the phrase: «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.»
and it is possible that in four years he will not have the time, as happened in his first term and that is why Donald ran again. So that Amendment 22 could be modified so that Donald Trump can run for one or more presidential re-elections.
With Congress in his favor and with Donald Trump’s dream of making the United States Great, anything is possible. And also to be on par with his fellow presidents of China and Russia, whose presidents have been re-elected for several periods in their respective countries, which has allowed him to continue his State policy and can continue to be re-elected, to achieve the goals, dreams and objectives that have been proposed as presidents. These presidents have remained in power since before Donald Trump exercised his first term, left power and returned to power and they continue to lead their respective governments.
It must be remembered that the Dominican President, Joaquín Balaguer, seven times elected to the presidency of the Dominican Republic, said in his last nominations «That he wanted to be re-elected to the Presidency of the Republic to create the government that he dreamed of since he was a child.»
We do not know if Donald Trump’s dream of «Make America Great» is his dream as a child like Joaquín Balaguer, what we do know is to «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» .
It is a dream of Donald Trump and he could need more than one period to materialize his dream.
It is not ruled out that Amendment 22 is among Donald Trump’s modification plans to materialize his Dream of: «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» .
It can be seen that without having taken office as president of the United States, the measures announced by Donald Trump have caused an economic recomposition in the different blocks of countries, such as: European Union, Mercosur, China, Japan, Mexico, Canada, among other countries, are moving forward, making trade agreements, merging companies, taking tariff and economic measures. Given the tariff and economic measures already announced by Donald Trump, which are part of his Dream of: «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» «MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.» .
THE 22nd AMENDMENT AND DONALD TRUMP.
